Production Facility

RanQ manufacturing facility located at Sinnar near Nashik around 200 kms. from Mumbai is a modern closed R.C.C. structure under controlled airflow and supplied with clean filtered air. The design and layout of the plan ensures smooth movement of men and materials. The production process is almost completely closed-flow ensuring minimum product exposure. Besides normal chemical mahinery like vessels , reactors , homogenisers , filters etc., RanQ has a well designed all stainless steel spray dryer with high production capacity.

RanQ's New state of the art facility situated in the same industrial zone as the present facility has been successfully comissioned in February 2004. with this the total production capacity for Microcrystalline cellulose stands at 1500MT/annum. (click on New to view photos of the New Facility).
